To be strictly accurate, the sign would have to say, "THE STREET IS JOGGING!" That is to say, for some reason 40th Street makes all the streets that intersect with it between Nicollet and Grand or so skip sideways half a block. It comes to the same thing as far as stupid drivers are concerned, however.
It might also be more efficacious to find a way to sue the legislature and the City Council for refusing to do anything sensible about mass transit any time these twenty-five years. Those idiots are on my street because the freeway is a parking lot. They are still idiots, but if we had a decent mass transit system they could be idiots on the freeway like God intended.
