Mista Kottah! Mista Kottah! I know this one

I'll wager someone has already posted Shakespeare's various snippets, and I know you already knew about those! *wink* But hey, how about THIS? Here is something that you can have without having to pay for it or acknowledge it.

It's a snippet from the second book in my DULCINEA series, _A Change in the Winds_. We all know I'm never gonna get it published, so hey, this way it could get published--at least in part. The verse is completely original with me (as far as I can recall--if I stole it, I've forgotten *grin*, and generally I only steal from Shakespeare and John M. Ford), so please forgive if it's LAME.

“That which I seek,
Our attraction is weak;
Let it grow stronger,
And wait no longer:
Come to me
As I call thee!”

I'll post the entire passage in my LJ just for grins. I really loved those books and their voice. I didn't go and give XLibris the second book in the series because I kept hoping, but anyhow. At least if you did pick this one, I would get my name printed in the acknowledgements of a book *swoon* and one of YOURS, to boot. Woo! But anyhow, don't let that turn you completely away from it. ;)

(My spells in the series are material components PLUS a verse that is not poetry quite, but more doggerel--like "Bewitched" and "Sabrina." *Grin*)
