UCare had the usual information and formulary and so on available, but you couldn't pay online one month and send a check another. Either you let them at your bank account all the time to take money out on a designated date, or you got a paper bill and wrote and mailed them a check. It was hard to check the status of payments, too. They have definitely upgraded since then. They were pretty new when we had insurance through them. But since HP has been around forever, I'd expect a much more sophisticated site, and am glad I won't be disappointed.
