I don't know that it's any comfort, but I've been with Park Nicollet since 1990, and I've been reasonably happy with them. And I only had insurance problems with them once. Of course, that was the time they made me wait a few hours for an appointment the morning after the night when I'd broken two ribs on the basement stairs in the process of not tripping over Gandalf.
