Apparently plans have changed enough that we don't need anything on the Northfield end.

Honestly, given the flakiness of that side of things, the general uncertainty issuing therefrom, and the fact that we couldn't pay anybody, I think we'll stick with people we know who will be less inconvenienced if it all falls through again. But thanks for the thought.
