I have edited the entry to put in the tuna. You can put it in at a number of different points, in fact, but I found that the point I put in above infuses it with a bit of tomato and garlic flavor and is therefore nice.

It's possible that my failure with the rice has to do with having put in the tuna too soon, though, so you could put it in after the rice gets coated with slightly less variegated stuff and it would probably work fine.
