My ankle seems to have been fine with the walk. It's improving very slowly -- way too slowly for my taste -- but exercise doesn't seem to make it worse, or at least only temporarily.

I felt as if I turned some kind of corner a few days ago when I got out of bed and put my weight on it and it didn't immediately hurt. (It did as soon as the foot flexed, but improvement nevertheless.)
