I can't eat most readily available premade pie crusts. They have lard, egg, dairy, or all three at once. The Wedge stocks some vegan ones, but they were, unsurprisingly, out by the time I considered doing things that way.

I actually like mince pie myself, though I don't require it. I'm not quite sure if I'm dedicated or just extremely stubborn. I suppose it comes to the same thing.
