Oh, that's clever. (About the shower curtain.) I don't think I'd go so far as to repair torn holes, but this was not very old and worn, merely scummy. I tend to use them as garden tarps until they tear; in the great outdoors the scum and mold and whatnot seem natural enough.

NICE word list. I'm sure that some English words that end in -le and -er used to end in something else and merely came to resemble those with genuine frequentative suffixes, but I don't care at the moment.
