That is the proper order of things. I have both snowdrops and narcissi, but they won't show a sprout til those particular tulips are an inch or more high.

We've had a very springy several days, but are supposed to be walloped with ten inches of snow in the next 24 hours.

It won't last, though. That is the thing about March.
