The Rape of Lucrece is half way to being a novel. It isn't really whether it's in verse, and it isn't structure, it's mainly a thing with POV.

(In the bar in Eternicon, Shakespeare and Mike and Flaubert are reading The Golden Gate aloud and giggling.)
