Oh good! I use brown rice noodles for the tempeh stroganoff (most wheat-based broad noodles have egg in them), and a lot of the curries and stir-fries go over rice, so yeah. All my pasta is whole wheat, but I've used brown-rice lasagna noodles in a pinch, and they worked fine.
