My manual on these things was found under the shelf paper in the back of a cupboard in a house my grandmother had for a few years when I was small, and the page on tipping delivery people has been torn out. Also missing was the entire chapter on wax, a treatise on the counties of Rhode Island (title: "You seriously must be kidding") and the instructions for identifying counterfeit money.

Whereas somehow my manual on these things had only the chapter on wax, printed 12 times, and none of the other useful stuff. I always wanted to know about the counties of Rhode Island. *sigh*
