We could have called too; but it was very last-minute and I didn't have any sunscreen with me (yes, very stupid, but it had been sweater weather the week before). So we just darted in and out again. This weekend we were there for longer but had concerns about the bus schedule, and also got an awfully late start. I always think of you guys' being there in the morning.
The owlet might still be around and visible as it learns to fly; you never know.
