The President of the Oglala Sioux Tribe at Pine Ridge, enraged by the new law passed by the South Dakota legislature that bans abortion, with no exception for the health of the woman and even in cases of rape or incest (and I am not even going to link to the disgusting salacious description by one legislator of just how pure and innocent and helpless the victim would have to be, and how horrendous and detailed the rape, before in his mighty estimation, his impeccable moral judgement, it might be allowable for anybody to have an abortion), has offered to set up a Planned Parenthood clinic on the reservation, a sovereign nation where the laws of South Dakota, monstrous or otherwise, do not run
