Boneheadedness redressed

As I was about to call the nephrologist's office back and ask querulously why nobody had gotten back to me, it occurred to me that this is really the kind of question a pharmacist is qualified to answer. So I called the HCMC pharmacy. Instant gratification. The kindly lady told me to go ahead and take the rest of my morning medication and on no account to skip tonight's doxyzocin. She said I could take it a bit late if I liked.

Now I feel very silly for getting rattled. But I am really not all that happy with taking all these meds in the first place.

There's generally more slop in these medications than the profession likes to let on. Glad to hear it's all okay.
