David and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary

The day itself is December 30, but this is really a terrible day to try to have a party. We managed the wedding itself, and a small party for the 10th anniversary, but every other year we've just shaken our heads. Twenty-five years, however, seems worth celebrating, so we are just waiting a little.

Come to think of it, I just did the math and we're heading for 15 years ourselves this summer. In my experience, one way you can tell a happy marriage / partnership is that it simultaneously seems like hardly any time has passed and like you've been together forever. Does it seem that way to you as well?
