And -- you know, both of us have in the past worked in tech jobs where we did web stuff so I am speaking from some basis of professional knowledge when I say BUILDING A FUNCTIONING WEBSITE IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. Also, they realized a year ago it didn't work. They had quite a few months between the end of enrollment last year and the beginning of enrollment season this year when they could have been fixing it. WTF. There is no excuse for any of this.
