Midday writing

I almost never do this unless I have a deadline, but today, having taken my cat outside, I found it rather too warm for yard work (yes yes yes, I will laugh at this in July) and decided to glare at my novel.

Three hundred fifty words. One more session like that today and it will seem almost as if I am writing a book.
