Thanks for the heads up on the added trip details. I enjoyed that very much.

If you'd done to a Quaker meeting nearer Santa Cruz, you might have ended up where my friends Dave and Debra have begun attending.

I'm very glad you enjoyed it. I had one hilarious moment when I planned to put in links to the plants and trees so you'd know what they looked like, and only slowly did the realization leak in that so doing would just be a form of coals to Newcastle.

Quakers for me are like that new word that suddenly you see everywhere. There was no question of going anywhere but E's own meeting, however, at least this time.

Yeah...I know the plants and the areas, if not the exact spots.

But just the opportunity to visit such beautiful places (especially redwoods) again in my head is a grateful one!

I never quite believe the redwoods. I think I must be in a book somehow.

In any case, now that I have conquered the HTML, I can do links to photos of plants more alien to you when I come to talk about them.
